Peach Wine Slushies

Peach Wine Slushies

Along these lines, on the off chance that you tail me on instagram (which you thoroughly ought to in light of the fact that I share an improper measure of photographs of myself taking photographs. It's amusing, no? A minor piece cute? Alright, NO.), you'll realize that I pay attention to Happy Hour very. I even underwrite the expression 'party time.'

There's a set daily practice on Friday evenings 'round these parts. My companions and neighbors put their little ones to bed, snatch the convenient child screens, and head on finished.

It's effectively my most loved piece of the week. We alternate facilitating, and I want to experiment with my most recent mixed drink manifestations for the blog on my guinea pigs. That is to say, my companions. Companions, not guinea pigs. Swears.

The week when I served these peach wine slushies? Effectively the greatest week ever. All things considered, aside from every one of the weeks when other individuals served me anything made with St Germain. I love that stuff.

Much the same as the last Wine Slushies that were made with essentially a container of wine and a pack o' solidified natural product, these are similarly as easy. This rendition is made with solidified peaches and a container of fruity white wine. I'm a Sauvignon Blanc young lady myself.

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups cold fruity white wine (I used Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 2-3 medium peaches, blanched, peeled, frozen, and sliced (or half a bag of frozen peaches)
  • sliced peaches for serving, optional

Instructions :

  1. In a blender, combine the wine and peaches. Puree until smooth.
  2. If the mixture is too warm and liquefied, place it in the freezer and stir every 30 minutes until a perfect slushy texture forms.
  3. You can make these in advance and defrost for 15 minutes at room temperature before serving. You can also double the recipe and use the entire bottle of wine to serve 4. The cups in the photo above hold about 1 cup of slushy.
