Formula Update-I have seen a few remarks via web-based networking media expressing they don't care for this formula since they "taste an excessive amount of like nutty spread" or "have a fudge like surface rather than a treat".
Our clarification These no heat treats are intended to be a low carb, keto tidbit affirmed rendition of a customary NO BAKE COOKIE. Which… is not at all like a treat by any means. They as well, will in general have a more fudge like surface.
Concerning the nutty spread flavor, well yes. These have an aftertaste like nutty spread except if you add cocoa to make the chocolate peanut spread adaptation. I trust this extra data explains what the formula is!

- 2 tablespoons real butter
- 2/3 cup all natural peanut butter, or your choice of nut butter
- 1 cup unsweetened all natural shredded coconut
- 4 drops of vanilla lakanto, 20% off with code MELISSA20
- Note* if using a granulated sweetener add it to the butter when microwaving to melt.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt butter in microwave.
- Stir in peanut butter.
- Add sweetener and coconut. Mix well.
- Spoon onto sheet pan.
