Good health! I'm observing Summer with a scrumptious and invigorating Berry Sangria!
I made us a substantial pitcher of Summer Berry Sangria to praise the way that we at last found a condo! Woohoo!
I had effectively surrendered and chosen to remain at my current (too costly and modest) Manhattan place when a real estate broker called me about this rental I had informed her about some time back. So we went to look at it (despite the fact that I wasn't also excited about the spot) and for reasons unknown, in light of miscommunication it was a totally better place and that was A-cracking MAZING!
It resembled the chances schemed for us to finish up observing (and getting) this excellent loft, which – coincidentally – is a HUGE 2 room and 2 washroom (otherwise known as unicorn in NY/NJ terms) and has a gallery and a stroll in storage room.

- 1 6 oz container fresh raspberries, rinsed
- 1 6 oz container fresh blackberries, rinsed
- 1 6 oz container fresh blueberries, rinsed
- 1 16 oz container fresh strawberries, rinsed quartered
- 1 bottle Middle Sister Moscato
- 1/3 cup raspberry or strawberry liqueur
- 1/4 cup agave (optional)
- Raspberry lime seltzer to taste
- Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine the berries, the raspberry (or strawberry liqueur), the agave (if using) and the Moscato wine. Chill for 1 to 3 hours.
- Before serving, add ice and seltzer to taste!
- Notes: The sangria improves as it chills in the fridge. However, if you don't want your berries to be soft, just chill the Moscato, the liqueur and the seltzer separately and toss everything together with the fresh berries right before serving.
