HONEY LIME QUINOA FRUIT SALAD #sald #recipe

Quinoa, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and mango join in this unimaginable serving of mixed greens. The crisp foods grown from the ground are coated with a nectar lime dressing and it will be a hit wherever it goes!

I am fixated on crisp organic product. Our ice chest is in every case brimming with crisp prepared to eat natural product. I would sincerely eat natural product over sweet and chocolate quickly. I am adoring the majority of the crisp organic product at our nearby market at this moment and it is ideal for making a natural product plate of mixed greens.

One of my preferred plates of mixed greens on the blog is this Honey Lime Poppyseed Fruit Salad. The nectar lime coat add the ideal flavor to the organic product. I chose to make this serving of mixed greens yet include some quinoa. Quinoa not just adds a yummy surface to this plate of mixed greens, yet has such a large number of medical advantages and included protein.

My companion Jason from The Modern Dad came over for a visit and it was the ideal chance to assembled this heavenly plate of mixed greens with the majority of the crisp organic product in my refrigerator. Jason is really the most amusing individual that I know and I giggle the whole time. He has a fabulous time blog as well! Before the finish of making this plate of mixed greens our mouths were watering and we couldn't hold on to eat it!

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup uncooked quinoa (I used tricolor)
  • 1½ cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 mango, diced
  • Honey Lime Glaze:
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil for garnish

Instructions :

  1. Rinse and prepare the quinoa according to package. Let quinoa cool to room temperature.
  2. In a large bowl, combine quinoa, strawberries, blueberries, and mango.
  3. To make the glaze: In a small bowl combine the honey and lime juice. Drizzle over the fruit salad and toss to coat. Garnish with fresh basil.
