This sans gluten bread flourless bread is anything but difficult to make with only five fixings. It's a speedy and simple bread alternative for those searching for something flourless, gluten free or low carb. It heats, looks, feels and taste like wheat flour breads.
While looking into low carb and flourless bread alternatives so as to make my cauliflower bread, I went over a formula for flourless nutty spread bread. Obviously, I needed to attempt it!
I've made numerous flourless nutty spread treats previously so having the capacity to make a bread didn't appear to be excessively mind boggling. - 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp granulated white sugar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 3 inch x 5-inch mini loaf pans. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients. Hand whisk or use mixer to mix until everything is smooth.
- Divide batter equally between the two loaf pans. Bake for about 25 minutes until breads are fully cooked or toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let breads cool before slicing and serving.
